I didn’t want to post anything about this but its just ridiculous now. I would like to warn anyone thinking about purchasing anything from this site due to HORRIBLE customer service. I “pre-ordered” 2 shirts in May earlier this year and waited a month for confirmation of a tracking number for my order. I was told they didn’t reply because they were in the process of moving locations. I understood and just wanted the tracking for my order so they gave it. Another month passes and the tracking says it hasn’t been processed. Not even sent out. Not processed into the system basically. So I email them again and get a reply saying they will be updated by the end of that week. Nope. So finally within two fays after checking, I notice the tracking is updating and I receive my order. One of them is the wrong size. No big deal right? WRONG. Not the first time I was sent the wrong size. First time, I paid to send the shirt back to receive my correct order. This time, I didn’t feel I should pay more money for their mistakes. So I emailed them. In the beginning of July. And no reply. I’ve called a number they posted on Facebook (due to other customers not receiving their orders) and no answer. I’ve posted and tagged them on their Facebook posts…no comment back. So if you want to wait 4+ months for your order, go with Defiant Youth Merch!
Passion before fashion and all that but yo straight up, some of y’all needa shower before you go to a show and/or in the pit. Sometimes it smells like straight up dirty b-hole in there…
